Me and myhusband visied this office on February 17th and 18th. The environment of the office is very nice. Everything is processing in an orderly manner. All the officers were good to us. Mrs.Carabello, a very nice lady, received us . She was so patient and friendly. She was willing to explain every question we were confusing to us and tell us what should we do ferther. She also worked efficiently and carefully with a bright smile on her face all the time. We love her! Mr. Cabrera . He is a very kindly person and also a happy houmorous gentleman. He went through all the procedures of our summitting supplementary materials carefully and quickly. He was glad to answer our questions. We are deeply touched by your lofty ideal of serving the people. It's a happy experience at this SSA office. Thank you for your selfless contribution!

I had a wonderful experience at this Social Security office today. The staff were genuinely friendly, patient, and very professional. The overall environment was clean and well organized, and the process felt calm and orderly. The representative who helped us was especially kind and responsible — they explained everything clearly and made sure all our documents were handled properly. It’s rare to see an office with such good people, good service, and such a well-managed environment. Thank you for making this visit so smooth and pleasant!

Today was the second time I came to this Social Security office to update my Social Security information, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The first time I came, I was told that I could come early in the morning as a walk-in. Because of that, today I made a big effort to come early. I left my infant baby at home and came with many difficulties just to take care of this important issue. However, when I arrived, I was again told that I must make an appointment and that they could not help me. What was most frustrating was that no one seemed willing to really listen to my situation or understand that some people have serious challenges and responsibilities. For many of us, especially mothers with small children, coming to this office is not easy and requires a lot of planning and effort. I understand that there are rules and procedures, but a little more understanding, clear guidance, and empathy from the staff would make a big difference for people who truly need help. I hope the management pays more attention to how clients are treated so others do not have to come multiple times without getting help.

On April 7th at approximately 1:15 PM, I visited the Social Security office located on Westheimer Road. My ticket number was B105, and I was called to Counter 10. I was there to correct a spelling error on my one-year-old child’s Social Security card. I provided a valid birth certificate as supporting documentation, as my child does not yet have any other form of identification such as a passport or driver’s license. During the interaction, the agent assisting me was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The manner in which he spoke and handled the situation felt discriminatory and inappropriate. He made the process unnecessarily difficult by demanding additional documents, including medical documentation and a physical plastic insurance card, even though I had already provided a valid insurance copy for my child. I found this behavior unacceptable. Government employees are expected to treat all individuals with respect and fairness, regardless of the situation. The conduct displayed during this interaction did not meet those standards. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed by higher authorities to ensure that no individual is subjected to disrespectful or discriminatory treatment. As taxpayers, we deserve to be treated with professionalism and dignity. I was Requested a supervisor to informed the situation , and they hold me again another 30 minutes and one random gentleman was at the security (Anthony Jones ) identified himself as a supervisor and refused to help Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This Westheimer Office is very organized to ensure visitors are lining up right for the needed services. Both staff in the hall are very diligent, knowledgeable and helpful providing a speedy arrangement. We would specifically want to appreciate the assistance provided by Ms Carabello for her patience, high level of problem solving ability, and sincerity to help. She is the best representative I have ever contacted. Without her help, I think I am still struggling on my problem which has been lasting for more than 7-8 months. This is the best office, and I will come here for help from now on.
