Been on hold now for over 45min and the web says now it's closed 🔐 so now what I do stay on hold are hang up

It is very frustrating not being able to make a appointment but you can't go in until you do. I was on the line with SS for over an hour waiting to speak to someone to then only be told your Medicare isn't tied to SS. I asked if I could get a appointment. The girl was short, rude and hung up on me 😡. Now on this line over half hour to make a damn appointment! WHY? It's unnecessary!

The lady we saw was cold and rude. I do not understand why individuals like her take positions like this when clearly she is not a caring individual. A smile would have been nice. At the end she makes the comment that she will review the documents and make her decision. I found her to be biased and insensitive. There is no need to be mean to people. Find another job where you don’t have to deal with people.

I come in just to make a payment sit and wait for my number to be call after an hour and 20 min. Get to the desk for him to say they going to call me to the back. Wait over two hours just to make a payment so unnecessary and a waste of time they need a better process with someone just trying to make a payment.

Judge Rodriguez is a liar and should be banned. How can he make you go to court, 4 times, in less than a year, on your 2nd & 3rd appearance tell you that you're granted and then send you a denial letter after your 4th appearance? Does he have dementia and not remember what he says? He needs out so he doesn't keep lying and ruining people's lives!! Kristi Beeler
