I came after a long weekend. There were lot of people. However they were very efficient. I was in and out within an hour. It was very fast. I am very happy and glad this is my home ss office. I have to say something about this. Keep up the good work!!

I truly enjoy the staff at this location, they are very nice and always helpful. They really go out of their way to answer all my questions and help me see the full picture so I understand it all. Applying for my SS retirement was nerve-racking to begin with, but the rep helped me out very well. My daughter went there also, in my recommendation, to help her with her SSI, the rep who assisted her did a wonderful job to explain it all to her. I highly recommend this location for SS help.

The Social Security Administration agents themselves were efficient, professional, and helpful. Once I was able to speak with an agent, my issue was handled smoothly and competently. Unfortunately, the experience with security was the complete opposite. As a parent of a 6-year-old disabled child who is autistic, I was met with zero empathy or understanding. My child is not quiet, which is part of her disability, and instead of offering patience or accommodation, security staff aggressively told me to wait in my car. There is a stark difference between being efficient as employees and being humane as people. Families with disabilities already navigate enough challenges, and this interaction made an already stressful situation worse. I hope this office considers additional training for security staff on disability awareness and basic compassion.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment hadn’t given me a location, and it wasn’t in the email I received either. So I assumed it was at the office where I had gotten the number... On the day of the appointment, I ended up going to the wrong office... but the staff there was very understanding and helped me apply for my SSN right there. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The only good thing about this place is the security team. As far as the social security staff, they are old, outdated, incompetent, lacking knowledge of their own systems, and are in desperate need of a full update and continue education of their systems and operations. This is my worst experience at any government ran facility ever. I will never come to or recommend this facility to anybody and urge them to go else where.
