Ridiculous, absolutely no help from the two security officers on duty. I have never had to come to a Social Security Office so I absolutely did not know what to do, I asked the first Officer we here to get a Social security card and what do we have to do, (no response) so do we just go in? He looked at me with a stupid look like I was stupid and just nodded his head yes. He was So rude. Upon entering, the second officer to our left was to busy playing games on his phone so we had to ask someone waiting what we needed to do and he directed us to a kiosk. I'm sorry this is totally unacceptable, not once did I see him look up at cameras he should be monitoring. The building displays video surveillance/recording so my review should be easy to confirm. What happened to "Hi/Hello can I help you"? "Do you need help?"

I had to get some paperwork here today and I had an appointment at 9:30Am. In line around 9am and got in and had everything done before 9:30. The lady that helped me were very nice and courteous and the lines move pretty quickly. I am impressed of how this office runs. Great jobs to all the people worked here. If I need any SSA, I will use this location again. Kudos to the management here!

Supervisor Henry, if you work at this location - your "professionalism" encouraged this review. As you interrupted me to conserve time, you noted the 7 minutes we were on the phone as a waste, you explained a plethora of things to control the conversation that I never needed to hear. I have no idea how you made it to your position unless you are promoted on stubbornness and arrogance. You're the type to spew nonsense about law offices and protocal when I was trying to follow up on a complaint where 2 of your prior reps hung up on me No cursing or yelling from me, But every time I call, I seem to get someone who has a power tripping ego like you Henry I did say everyone but the rep Michael actually heard me out and treated me well

I was a little apprehensive about my visit to the SS office due to the shutdown. I was fortunate to have a wonderful experience with a very professional representative. Mrs. Bazemore was wonderful, helpful, and very professional during the visit. I was a bit nervous in the beginning, but she made it pleasant for me. Thank you very much because, I was thinking about hanging out all day( since, I did not have an appointment). The visit overall was under thirty minutes. Majority of the time, it was just standing in line. It was moving rapid ( due to the shutdown). I guess it was my lucky day.

WORST OFFICE IN HISTORY!!! I applied for SSA benefits for my son on June 18, 2025. A young lady called me and completed the phone interview within 10 minutes while informing me my up to date medical records would not be needed because they’d obtain em on their own. Rewind 8 months later I finally call for an update only to find out the young lady dropped the ball and never submitted the application!!!! IM FURIOUS!!! I have to start all over. Luckily the lady I spoke with today was able to schedule me an in person interview for March 2nd 2026 and CLAIMS it will be expedited. I hope someone high up in this office sees this review and holds the original young lady accountable. She IS NOT doing her job properly and is receiving free paychecks for doing absolutely NOTHING!! I pray she hasn’t done this to anyone else.
