Cant get a hold of every one. Every time i call its over an hour on hold. Kept being told i was fine and makings under the limit when directly dropping off pay stubs and called 3 months in a row to make sure they got it and i was in the clear. Then got a massive bill saying they overpaid. Cant get a hold of no one. Filled out two forms and dropped off in person but cant get in the building without an appointment. Cant make an appointment because they wont answer. Today i got hung up on twice and now they are closed. Why is it so hard to speak to someone!

I've been here twice for different reasons. One time I had an appointment and the other was a walk-in and the waits were less than half an hour. Both times the actual meeting was quick, and the clerks were very friendly and efficient. Got everything promptly solved to my satisfaction.

The wait time was 120 mins but when it was my turn, somebody was supposed to call me. I waited 175 mins and never got called. I called again and I asked for agent and was told it would be over 120 mins, please take the survey, thanked me for calling and hung up. Never got a call back and they close in 45 minutes. Ridiculous!

I showed up around 11am on a Friday and the whole process took just under 1 hour. I did not make an appointment in advance. It seemed decently busy but not horribly overcrowded. There's a kiosk when you first enter for creating your appointment/receiving a ticket. Very easy to use. Interacted with security guard and someone who processed my request, both people were nice! And the actual processing/paperwork part of my visit was quick, it mostly just involved sitting and waiting for my number to be called. Remember to bring the required documents you need for your visit!

Made an in person appointment for two months in advance. Showed up before my appointment and waited for over an hour. Appointments are not upheld. Just a ticket to wait forever in the lobby. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
