It is disturbing to try to have anything done or to get my social security benefits information which I am entitled to, but if you call you would spend hours and hours and I don’t mean couple of hours what I mean is you would spend at least more than ( 4 ) four hours waiting to talk to someone, but ones someone answers they are arrogant, mean, unpleasant to talk to, and when you ask questions about your SSI benefits they hang up on you! At the end you would not get any answers relating to your rights, and you end up wasting all that time without any results! If you go in person to social security administration office it ends up without any results and most of their associates are rude and unpleasant to deal with! You have all the rights to find out what your benefits are and what your earnings are! The government employees have those jobs because of your income tax dollars that they are working! I have worked for more than 42 years and I have paid my taxes for 42 years, they have not included all of my earnings, when I tried to communicate with them that they have not included all of my earnings they refuse to talk to me! I made a big mistake for applying for my SSI benefits in Stillwater, Oklahoma because they did not include my earnings from 1983 to 2010 that I had filed my taxes every year till 2019. And from 2001 my ex wife had filed our taxes, and since I had left her in 2015 she wouldn’t give me any copies of our taxes, and she used every trick to create problems for me, defamation of character, false illegal accusations by calling my employers feeding them lies so they fire me, and accusing me of fraud! And the FBI is on her side! I had a flight from Houston, TX to Chicago, IL and the FBI showed up at the airport and I was pulled in to a room accusing me of fraud! All of my life I never had any problems with the law not even a misdemeanor! But the FBI is known for their illegal tactics! They have ruined many lives, destroyed many families! That social security administration in Stillwater, OK did discriminate against me when I had applied for my SSI benefits, the lady who had served me denied my earnings from 1983 to 2010 and from 2015 to 2024! When you talk about civil rights and human rights that subject is simply ignored and swept under the rug! I would not advise to have anything done in Oklahoma nor live in Oklahoma! The United States is the country that pride itself on being a country of laws, justice, equality and , democracy, none of it is true!

I had an appointment I made online and it was pretty straightforward. The lady at window 7 at the time (didn't get her name) was friendly, polite and helped me get done what I needed.

It was so weird trying to get into this building. There isn't a clear sign stating that you need to knock on the door to have the guard open it. I literally just followed someone in and asked questions once the door was open. Upon getting in the guard was VERY helpful; he helped me figure out the kiosk and the necessary paperwork. I got married and needed a name change. The wait time was pretty insane. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. After I was called up to the window, things went really fast and I was out of the building in less than 5 minutes. Hoping that I don't need to change my name again, but If I do, then I would use this office again
