Great experience! In and out in less than 5 minutes. Security officer was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The woman who helped me at the window was also as well as fast! I don't see how this location has bad reviews.

I just left the social security office and had a very positive experience. By calling the main SSA number ahead of time I was able to schedule an appointment. I waited less than 5 minutes when I arrived and they were kind enough to call and give the option of coming early because of severe storms expected that afternoon. Betsy is the staff member that assisted me and she was wonderful! I appreciated her providing answers to my questions and reviewing key information.

What a breath of fresh air! I had difficulty using the Social Security online appointment system so I drove to this location. It was easy to use the in-house ticket machine and the security guard was very friendly and helpful and ensured a walk-in appointment could be placed. I got my ticket and was seen within 5 minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable and competent. A great experience.

We walked in without a appointment. The security guard at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He helped us sign in and fill out the application online. We only wanted 35 minutes to be seen and the lady was very nice.

I had called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment, and was helped today by Sam. He was knowledgeable, personable, and kind, and made the whole experience so much easier than I had expected. I had been told by someone I know to expect to be there a long time, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. He started my appointment on time and it only took about thirty minutes or so. He answered all my questions, put me at ease, and I left with a big smile on my face, because he truly made my day.
