I have to say, I was pretty impressed. Both of my parents passed away recently and I needed to do there taxes. Well the social security don’t just send you there forms. NO NO!! You actually have to go to the office. So of course I have to go in there. But of course you have to make an appointment. So I make an appointment. Get there, there is a line. Starting to get annoyed. Then I get inside, and a ton of people. If all these people have appointments, how long is my wait. I’m like okay. Let’s see how this goes. The manager calls out anyone here need a form. I’m like yes I need a tax form. He takes the info. Just then my number is called out. I’m like hey this isn’t so bad. Like I said I was actually pretty impressed. Parking was kind of bad, so I parked across the street. A visit which I saw as being an hour or so was actually 10 minutes and the manager saying I’m sorry for your loss.

Tried setting up an appointment, but none of the options on there applied to what I needed. So I decided to come into the office. Made it here early so I could be the first ones as a walk in. Once I got to the window, and told them I had an issue with 2 charges I received, I was told that my issue would take longer. I explained that I had a letter that was given to me years ago to prove I owed nothing anymore in case this happened again. Not the case now, apparently, a letter stamped by the Social Security office stating I owed nothing to the Social Security office means nothing. I received 2 surprise checks saying I owed $300 and then another $353.00 after 16 years, these charges that took place from 2007-2011. First come, first served means absolutely NOTHING here, it’s all about the time they are allowed to keep you in that chair. Whether they help you or not, if they kick you off that chair and call you back, that allows them to have their numbers met. NIGHTMARE!!!! They only have 2 people assisting the entire office today 5/04/26. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was told they weren’t sure if I would be able to see anyone today, because they are busy. Of course they are, with just 2 people!! If you are not going to take care of people as a walk in, DON’T have that option!!!

New changes (Trump Changes) You can't even apply for a social security card without an appointment. Everything is appointment only! Booked out 1 1/2 months. More barriers and bad policies brought to you by the Trump Administration! Used to be able to do most things without an appointment but not now! Someone spilled a cup of water on the floor. We notified the security guard cause he is the only person not behind glass. Security guard J. Goodwin said "I don't get paid to clean that " grabs a caution sign and walks away. Everyone was shocked by J. Goodwin behavior. Social Security office is filled with elderly and disabled folks who don't need a safety hazard blatantly left out in the walk way! I ended up getting paper towels from him and cleaning up myself cause some elderly or disabled person could get hurt. Im disabled and it physically hurt and difficult to clean it up but I was raised better than that!

First of all the Indian lady is unprofessional and so the entire security team especially Michael Trevino. I have already complaint against them but will not sue them as they are the breadwinner for their family. They must treat everyone with respect and integrity and the security team should not act as law enforcement.

2 Asian lady middle age other 20ish long hair both was extremely rude today. I don't know what the issue is when explaining to a person abput your policies are but being rude is nit acceptable especially if your a government agencies. I shall file a serious complaint and even go to social media if need be.
