This is my first visit. I misplaced my ss card. I made an appointment to get a new one. I couldn't request one by mail. I had to go in. It was very easy to find but it does sneak up on you. The guards were very kind. My backpack was checked. I sat down while I checked in on my phone. Not even a minute later my ticket number was called. I just happened to sit in a seat in front of the window I asked to go to. The young man that helped me was very quick. While he did his thing I was texting a friend and next thing I knew he handed me a receipt and tells me that my new ss card will be arriving within the next 2 weeks. I was in that building for about 5 minutes. On another note the parking lot is small. But it has lots of shaded parking spots. The office is clean and odor free. Plenty of seats to get comfy. The Social Security representative was very professional and courteous. They were expedient even though they were packed

This place is run like a police station. Take everything out of your pockets and if the metal detector still goes off you will then be waned with a hand held metal detector. On the phone or in person it is a super slow operation.
