This is my first time visiting the Social Security Office in over ten years. The waiting room is still as bad as 10 or 30 years ago (the last time before ten years ago was 30 years ago). My previous two visits were in different offices, but the layout is almost identical. The office is very crowded. The numbers on the TV screen are moving very slowly. The wait time is about 30-45 minutes if you have an appointment or 3-4 hours if you don't have an appointment. The office is 1.5 stars, but the employees who help me are 4.5 stars. So it averages three stars on my review. Please give yourself a lot of time and patience if you can't make an appointment ahead of time. You should get an appointment if you can plan for your visit.

This location was great. I had an appointment scheduled and was able to check in online. They called me early. I was in and out in about 15 minutes for my name change and all I had to bring was my driver's license and original marriage certificate.

This doesn’t deserve no stars! The fake security guards search my purse with no gloves and dirty hands. I asked if his hands were clean and he said yes which was a lie. The other guard was really close to my face with bad breath while scanning me and should have wore a face mask. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Do better

I waited hour with an appointment made in advance. In the end got notified that they need one more document and was offered another appointment in an month. And all that for our tax money!!!

Well....... its a little hard to review this office fairly ... Let me help out everyone by saying this... THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN OFFICE... YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to even enter the building.... I was here a year ago and you didnt need an appointment.. at that time it was a long wait but worth it
