Dave Janet 3 years agoThere are 22 windows at this location. And a total of 3 that are open. This is a shame. There is atleast 40 people in the lobby with another 6 to 10 outside waiting. This is not okay. Where are the workers?
Patricia Westerman 5 years agoAddendum to my review of first contact: within 2 weeks of submitting the requested paperwork for retirement, I had confirmation from this office and my Social Security adjustment was put into place. This office is incredible and restores faith in our government agencies. Hat’s off to this dedicated crew!!!!
Janie Hopkins 5 years agoI called this morning to make an appointment and was told I couldn’t. I was very polite in asking a couple of questions and the lady was that answered was MEAN. No other way to describe it, mean for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional and childish behavior, I’m at a loss of words…
Chris Catalogna 7 years agoGreat professional environment. However this is not where people come from a social security card, name change, not to apply for Medicare. This is solely court for disability claims with a judge.
