I moved to Columbus a year ago after I retired. I've been to this office 4 times now over the past year. The folks helping me have been kind and patient with my many questions. My first visit was the longest wait time, about an hour. Since then, about 20 min is all. Even the security guys have been friendly!

Why does it say on your website your open on Dec 26,2025 yet you go in person and no one has unlocked the doors. Then you're famous 800 number loves to disconnect you multiple times

January 23rd, 2026 I had an appointment at 10:30am, was in and out within 15 minutes. I had to go and take some paperwork back. The second time I went back it took about 10 minutes. Thank you to the worker in stall/booth number 1, he was helpful, professional and friendly. Told me exactly what I needed to do and the paperwork I needed to have. Thank you.

There's always a wait no matter what office you visit, but if you are friendly, they are cool. My guy there is a faster pussycat fan, good dude, the band rocks!

Extensive hold time--waited about 2 hours for someone to finally answer. When finally having the opportunity to explain the need, agent made me sound as if I didn't know what I was speaking of and would not do anything to help remedy my issue. Kept saying that she wasn't aware of what I was talking about and would not look into it despite telling her the information was on the SSA website and Student.gov (2 reputable government sites). Just because you are not aware of the program, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And to end it, when I was looking up the exact wording after her refusing to look into it or ask if any of her coworkers were familiar with the program, she hung up. Honestly would give 0 stars but the minimum is 1.
