After waiting 2 hours in line , one lady comes and say you have to go in down town office because you zip code is not for this location. Maybe be the lady that work at this location doesn't know that are governments office and not her home. You can choose the closest office near you for change the status of the SSN. I hope that someone up to her can provide some more training for this lady to know to do her job.

Most folks that work for the Social Security Administration are professional, friendly, and willing to help work you through the process! The building is clearly marked with the name and address on the side of the building. Mr. Bowen was fantastic to work with! Great job!!!! Mr. Bricker was horrible, rude, and wasn't helpful at all. I'm not sure why he still has a job.

Horrible experience I dropped off my marriage certificate to get my husbands benefits and they lost my paperwork it was placed in their drop box before Dec and I’m wondering why I’m not receiving my benefits and they just called to tell me to get another copy how can the social security office lose some thing that was placed in their locked box with all my information on it I’m so upset you think the safest place you can leave something is the Social Security office!! Don’t ever go there

Was on hold waiting for the lady. I won’t call her an employee because there is no way she is professional. She gets on the phone to ask if I can hold and puts me on hold before I can respond. Then after waiting more, she hangs up on me! This is annoying, and we shouldn’t be treated like this, having to deal with people who don’t like their job and treat us like garbage!

This place is a joke! The gentleman that I had at the window! Mind you! I said when I put everyone in to get my number that was deaf, and I was talking to him, and he said you could answer me and said it rudely, then I said I put in dragon the thing I’m deaf, and he said you can answer my question, and I said I don’t know what you said! He was really nasty and rude to me the whole time, and when I asked him about social security card as a document he laughed at me and said no! That’s not identification! I politely told him that I used it the last time, and he laughed at me and rudely said no you didn’t! I walked away and said you could be nice nicer to people please! What’s wrong with this world! Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but I am sure with my Whitney Houston shirt on, and the vibes he gave me he doesn’t like gay people, and that’s why he was rude to me!!!! Who ever you are, with the reading blonde beard! Not that you care, but you made me cry after I left the office by how you treated me!!! Shame on you!
