I've had an appointment since September 21st. How Mrs Kavaleski can discriminate not do her job and get paid is interesting. She yelled in the office who am I going to report her to? Like challenged me? Well Mrs. K. FORM SSA-437-BK if you had a similar experience please look up that form and report your experience. Hopefully I helped someone else out. Reach out to SSA and either have them fill out the form or fax it!

Well mine was over the phone I am very grateful for Ms. Vicars she made me feel very comfortable The social security administration on North high Street should be very grateful for having a woman as Ms.Vicars working for them. Went for my name change appointment after getting married. Getting through security took longer than my actual appointment. Very quick, professional, and thorough. Setting an appointment and using the link provided upon arrival to check in were both easy and simple.

Carrie was wonderful, she helped me through getting a replacement card even though I didn't have an appointment (because the website was a mess and I was dropped from the hold I was on after THREE HOURS). She's an angel. SSA, please fix your website and make it easier for us to make appointments. Hire more people on the phones, because lord knows the job market is terrible and is going to get even worse under the next POTUS, that could definitely help. Be aware you have to go through security in the first floor, though, and it's like the TSA: no weapons of ANY kind are allowed, even my window breaker. Security guy at SSA was a real jerk, rudely demanding to know what I was doing there even though Carrie called me over. He then brusquely told me to sign in at the kiosk when I told him. I didn't exactly see him at his tiny little desk coming in, he didn't need to act like that. But sadly, I'm used to this kind of treatment as a tall purple haired girl who dresses butch sometimes. Hire more people like Carrie and less like that jerk.
