Just call the national line. The representatives here are very rude. They’ll hang up in your face. You won’t even get to speak with a supervisor. They need to shut all of these buildings down in Cleveland,Ohio!!! They are the worrssttt. A had a pale heavyset miserable lady breathing hard on the phone that accused me of calling “too many times”( only because the phone kept hanging up when a rep connected) and gave me a bad attitude she tried to argue with me and when I requested a supervisor she hung up on me. Hoping I would get someone better I kept calling back until I received another rep on the line. A African American lady who was also not helpful at all. She didn’t know anything. When I requested to speak with a supervisor as well she kept asking “why”. I let her know the interaction I had with the last rep and she didn’t take it serious and said “oh, well what did you want the supervisor to do?” Do not call these people at all just call the National line. Let them go out of a job since they don’t kniw how to act like the “CUSTOMER SERVICE” reps they are! The national reps will assist you WAY better. They have been very helpful!

Went to get a copy of 1099's and was in/out in about 5 minutes. Teller was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

I went to this office because i was in town visiting my mother and i could not get an appointment where i live. I wanted to confirm the start of my retirement benefits and submit paperwork to lower Medicare costs. I arrived just before 900a, and there were 5 or 6 people already there. The woman at Window B (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful; the epitome of customer service. I accomplished my objectives and was in and out in 20 minutes

We got there 3:40pm (they close at 4pm) took a number and maybe waited for about 5 mins before our number got called. We explained to the lady what we needed and she told us that we needed an appointment. She was helpful in setting the appointment up for us but at a different location where all 4 of us would be accommodated and explained the procedure. I’m sorry I did not get her name because people like this are the people who should be recognized and well rewarded for their hospitality and respect for others. Well done Young Lady

I had a horrible encounter with a rep by the name of Michael. He is disgustingly rude, overly sarcastic, and condescending. He’s literally one of the worst people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to and I hope he gets fired. Ms. Chen on the other hand was so sweet and compassionate towards me and I appreciate her for taking the time out of her schedule to make things right.
