I’m very convince the workers are miserable, very rude and disrespectful, They look down on people that are on social security. Weeks ago I dropped something off in the Dropbox inside this place, I went back in there March 3-26, spoke with a man with gray hair and glasses, he told me the information was not in the system, he went in the back and talked with the supervisor, came back on told me they lost the information, they don’t know where it’s at, someone social Security number was on that paper, and as he smiled in my face like it was a Joke, so now I’m looking to see what I can do, because if they lost it who’s walking around with the social security number. If possible upload your information on the website. Many people walked out of there today upset because they were so rude. It’s very important to treat people right, because it might be you one day it’s call karma.

Rude to my daughter and caregiver at appointment. Refused to listen to them. Refused to allow them to then wait for service. No phone number to call and complain. I would definitely go somewhere else!

How many people work here? What do they all do? They certainly don’t call people up to the windows on any kind of timely basis. In one hour, 4 people were called up. There’s probably no accountability either. They haven’t call a single person up in 15-20 minutes. Our tax dollars not at work…

This was an incredibly smooth process. A friend made an appointment online, we only had to wait 5 minutes once we arrived, and her card came in the mail less than 2 weeks later. She had an issue checking in and the officer kindly directed us over to the kiosk.

I had a wonderful conversation with Mrs Taber and Mrs Ross today she was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable made my day a credit too social security administration
