Very unprofessional. I completed an online application. Received 2 calls from this office although it was a 312 area code. Called back 3 times in 24 hours, left messages no response. Same Agent cancelled my application stating they could not get ahold of me. Another appointment made to do a new application on the phone. They called 20 minutes late. Might have had good intentions but, they wanted to rush through everything. Talking out loud while working on the computer, sometimes I wasn't sure if agent was speaking to me or not. Not giving me total info. Impatient. I said I couldn't see very well the document sent to me via phone. "try and do the best you can." Telling me I was the cause of my initial online application being deleted which I was not. I'm praying I can be assigned a different office.

Ms. Mcdonald was extremely helpful and kind. Went to the other ssn office and they couldn’t process it. Extremely professional and fast in and out within 5-10 mins

People always come here to give bad reviews but I want to say that I had the best call with a rep this afternoon. Thank you for your help and I now understand all I need to know. Have a great day and keep up the good work :)

Staff here was nice and kind. However, during the pandemic, I had to make a call first before visiting, and when I visited there, they couldn't find the reservation records. And they rejected me even though I definitely had made the reservation.
