I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the staff here deserved appreciation — from the security personnel to the office staff. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and professional. I had a great experience with the agent at Window 2 today. He was knowledgeable about my immigration status and assisted me without any issues. Unlike my previous experience at the downtown office, I did not feel interrogated or spoken to with attitude. The process here was smooth, respectful, and much less stressful. I genuinely appreciate the patience, professionalism shown during my visit. Experiences like this make a huge difference for people trying to complete important paperwork, especially when the process can already feel overwhelming. I hope more offices and staff provide the same level of customer service and compassion.

Social security services in Cleveland. As many of you know I recently became a US citizen and have to update my Social security records. Well since all the Social security service offices are closed I had to call them and find out what the process is now. Both times when I called I got to talk to older people, probably in their sixties. Let me tell you how awesome my experience was. They both went above and beyond my expectations. They patently listened to all the questions I had, and trust me I had many questions, and they answered all of them to to best of their knowledge. Honestly the best phone call experience I ever had.

My experience at this clean and efficient government office was great. I did NOT have an appointment, yet the wait time was short. I came in twice on Dec 05, (needed info from employer) and I had the pleasure of having gentleman at window #3 both times. He was smart, quick and excellent at his job. He actually called me the very next morning with an update. Highly recommended.
