Terrible just terrible. They scheduled me for an appointment, and when I arrived, there was a waiting room full of people (most with appointments). 1hr 45min wait time irregardless of the appointment I had “scheduled”. And unfortunately the only reason I had to come up here anyways is because of their incompetence. They messed up my daughter’s name on her social security card and then blamed Vital Statistics for THEIR mistake. Once again, terrible experience… brace yourself!

This location seriously needs a lesson in professionalism. I came in for a simple Social Security matter related to starting a new job, and the staff couldn’t have been more dismissive or rude if they tried. The woman at the window had zero patience and acted like helping people was optional. It’s no wonder the rating is what it is( 2.4) people deserve respect when they’re handling something as important as their identity and employment. Thankfully, I got what I needed without their “help.”

It’s the social security office. Not the Ritz Carlton. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Make an appointment, show up on time and you will be seen quickly. I had an appointment and I think I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Staff were polite, and I didn’t encounter any issues. If you don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait, so do yourself a favor and just schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Was just there waited 36 minutes because they did not call no number or letters so i went up to the security and asked him. I waited 36 minutes and no one call no. Letters or numbers, and I ask if they were on break and the security guy man said, yes, they do take breaks. But I was also there 12 o'clock. So I just got done, so I waited 2 hours and 23 minutes. But the worst part about it is within the last 36 minutes. It was quiet dinner, they didn't call no numbers, no.Letters no nothing

This office is constantly messing up my sons social security, so much incorrect information, there's no communication when you call there's no help and when I called today (mind you I was very polite) when I told the gentleman thank you he wouldn't let me get off another word and hung up the phone . This was like a 5 minute call so it's not like I was talking his ear off just rude and unprofessional.
