I visited this office yesterday (06/02/2026) to add my son's middle name to his Social Security card. The representative at Window #1 was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She truly made my day with her excellent customer service. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained, and the waiting time was only a few minutes. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I have been to many government offices, and usually the customer service representatives are very dry or even rude. However, the one I encountered today was exceptional. Rose at the SSI office in Towson greeted me with a big smile and resolved my issue within a few minutes. Her smile was as beautiful as her name. Keep up the great work, Rose, and thank you for your excellent service!

Waited an hour for a appointment due to the person being out , another lady helped us she was amazing, great hospitality, respectful, polite and helpful! She called us in and had us out within 10-15 minutes! I didn’t get her name but she was in window 7 ! SHE WAS AMAZING!

I came here to ask about the status of my SSN, afterwards, I went out with a slip of paper stating to wait for 2 weeks and I can receive my card. I would like to commend the security personnel for assisting me and most specifically the SSA personnel at window 03. I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for your kindness.

I walked in today. Went to the kiosk. I asked the guard their procedure. He looked at my number. When it flashed he told me I was being called The worker at station 3 was very nice and efficient. I only waited at most 15 minutes.
