This particular social office appears to be experiencing significant delays, with over 15 individuals currently waiting in the hall. Only two service windows are operational, and each transaction seems to require approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete. Consequently, I cannot recommend this office at this time. The reasons for such slow service are unclear, and it would be beneficial if this situation could be addressed to improve efficiency. I have personally been waiting for two hours.

I came here this morning to get some paperwork completed for my case. We burned a total of about 3 hours to get everything that we needed completed and signed. Everything though is completely accomplished..!! This location seemed to be on it's a game today as I observed multiple customers being helped quickly and timely. I also observed some of the customers being ignorant and disrespectful after waiting just five or ten minutes. I had already been sitting there an hour and was not this disrespectful with the people who were supposed to be helping us complete the paperwork that we need to get started in the system. The individual that we dealt with was great. She is, in my opinion, the best representative of this agency I have ever come across. Her name is Ms. Witten and she explained everything that we needed to have done and she helped me to execute the documents in a timely fashion while I sat there and her presence. As I sat in the office waiting my turn, I really enjoyed meeting this representative who was kind who was considerate and who listen to me as I explained what I needed to have done. In a word, awesome!

Arrived at 8am so that I could at least join the line before doors open. I checked in and waiting for my turn , I was called by a lady at counter 6 who was absolutely rude , dismissive and inconsiderate. First she asked for my documents, she tried to complicate things and when she saw that I had everything she then told me that my appointment time was not yet up I tried to plead with her and she was very cold and dismissive. I complied and then did my own check in and i had 11 people ahead of me . I should have NEVER made the appointment because the walk ins got ahead of me , secondly that lady must be removed from front desk she is EXTREMELY unpleasant!!!

This place is a Bernie Sanders utopia. If your wondering what nationalized healthcare would look like, take a visit to this place. Long wait times, bad attitudes, and terrible service. But it’s free! I needed a replacement SS card for one of my kids. I did some research on the SS website before I went to make sure I brought the required documents. The SS website says “In general, you must provide your birth certificate...” and provides several alternatives including a religious document so I brought a birth certificate and a baptismal certificate. After waiting 40 mins with only 2 people in the entire waiting room my number was called and I went to the counter. A young woman with a bad attitude says “do you have certified medical records?” I said no I brought the BC and Baptismal document. She said “we don’t accept those”. I showed her the list of approved documents from the SS website and she said that wasn’t correct and pulled out an old photocopy that said it wasn’t. I left and drove to the doctors office who printed out a statement on their letterhead and signed the document. I went back and they accepted the most easily forgeable document I had.

It has always been nice to come here they wait on you pretty quickly.
