You can only book appointments 3 months out, so I called and asked if they take walk-ins. They said they take walk-ins, so I showed up, and it was empty. There were like 6 people in line ahead of me, and 3 clerks working. I figured the wait was not going to be bad, and I ended up waiting 1 hour. When it was my turn, they told me to leave because I needed an appointment. It's better to go anywhere instead of here.

We got there when it opened and the wait was short. All of the staff where friendly and helpful

The rep I had inside the office, seems miserable. Nasty with response, rude with greeting. Don't allow you to complete your sentences. Give off horrible energy. I felt positive when I arrived but discouraged & confused when I left all because of her interactions. Window 4, On 1/6/26 time 10:39 am.. Note to her: leave ppl better than where you met them.

They say take walk in, but when we come get line, waited for 2 hour and they said we need to make appointments! She said it's a new law, a new president, everything requires an appointment! But I still saw some people going in without an appointment! Please note that we only accept appointments; no walk-ins!

Had an appointment @ 9 am with this location I get here at 9am on the dot nobody is in the building they have a note on the door stating they will be closed the 11th but opened at normal operating hours on the 12th. Nobody notified me of anything I have no email stating that this building would be closed I had to call in late to work for this ! This is very unprofessional & inconveniencing. Many people are out here in the cold because nobody was notified the building would be closed it’s a shame how the city treats its people !
