After reading many negative reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect at this location for my son’s replacement social. I've been waiting two and a half months for this appointment, so I was anxious. To my delight, everything went smoothly. When we arrived around 2:30 p.m., the office was almost empty. I checked in on the mobile app, and within minutes, our name was called. The wonderful woman at Desk 3, I don't remember her name however, she was so professional, friendly to me and my son, and efficient. She verified my son’s information, gave me a receipt/letter to take with us to the MVA and we were out the door quickly. My experience was nothing like the negative reviews I’d read, and I would definitely return to this location for any Social Security needs. A big thank you to the staff for making this process so easy!

If your disabled you will be made to stand in the hallway even if their are chairs available for you to sit. The Security Officer Supervisor was very rude to people and gloating about no one can touch him because he's the Supervisor so he didn't care who called in on him. He was on the phone talking about personal business and telling the person he was talking to that he wasn't worried about anyone calling in on him. The lines in the hallway are always long so don't expect anyone to offer you a seat if you have trouble walking or standing with a disability. I've not seen any changes so I guess this haven't been addressed. It's like they don't care if the security officer treat you like your disability don't matter you will have to stand no if, and, or buts.

I was in need for a good comit and lll edit that you trust me I wouldn't lie I don't lie añd idoñt chañge very light normal brown eyes and I use to be blind when I was very little I was born in 1978 my mother lived in the best house and I got betterim in lLA çalifornia but my mother house heads up in the mouñtains camelback Arizona she left me my step dad said she told him to tell me that she left me añd she can't come back from Sonja Molina

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was yelled at by a supervisor based on an employees bad attitude and clerical error and subsequently had to file a complaint JUST to obtain a receipt of my papers. These people are NOT trained to service the disabled and their advocates and subsequently I can see a class action lawsuit in the future of this location. Have the day you deserve respectfully

My teller helped me,she was very knowledgeable. But to wait in line for a scheduled appointment surely sucked!
