Mr. Lacy at the Social Security office was professional, thorough, and very helpful. I had been dealing with an overpayment issue for several months, and he took the time to carefully review my case and identify an error from a previous office in another state. Thanks to his attention to detail and professionalism, I left my appointment with clear answers and a resolution. I truly appreciate the level of care and service he provided.

Lord have Mercy on the Lady that hung up in my face today after waiting on hold for 40 minutes. I'm A Black Woman and she most definitely was Black! I detest rudeness to the max! Instead of being patient to hear what I was saying, "ma'am I've been on hold for 40 minutes, and Click! Wow. I really want to know who this was. I'm not worried but God Knows. Customer Service Isn't Customer Service Anymore. This is Sad!

I had the BEST customer service experience today within a government office. From the time I checked in to when I was served by Ms. Paris, I was able to complete the process of securing a replacement SS card. Special shout out to Ms. Paris for her kindness and consideration despite having to work in the midst of a government shutdown.
