My best experience at any government establishment ever, from both people and process perspective. I got an appointment online and arrived on time. Once I checked in, within a minute, I got a text notifying me of which window to go to. Ms. T Low was very pleasant to work with and everything was done in just a couple of minutes. I was literally back in my car in under 5 minutes. Mind blown that government offices could operate so efficiently.

Great experience getting SSN. Special thanks to Ms. T Low to make it very smooth and being welcoming. Process is very easy if everything you filled up online. Make sure you have your O number otherwise you have to fill the form again with all the details. Do not worry if you don't have. The staff here in this office are very helpful. Do not forget to collect the receipt at the end that says that you will get your SSN card in 2 weeks.

I was assisted by Aaron (window 12) today and he was knowledgeable and attentive. He ensured he provided me with clarity and insight with regard to the reason for my visit. He further when above the norm and sent an urgent message, on my behalf, to another department in effort to resolve an issue I have been dealing with for several months. During my visit, Aaron was seeing assisting coworkers with questions they had about their duties in a most professional manner. Aaron's professionalism and dedication to duty was refreshing as it shined in comparison to my last visit when the female agent at window 20 was not helpful and seemed devoid of sufficient training on the computer system. The lady at Window 22, has a nasty attitude, anger issues and doesn't have the temperament to do this job. She also tried to schedule a phone appointment for an elderly family member for the week before that had already passed and she didn't even know the current date. That's alarming. That also means that the appointment, of course, would have never happened. While waiting in this office in the lobby, seniors struggling to get up and walk to the window as fast as they could were essentially berated with announcements about their number being called. They couldn't get to the window fast enough for her liking. Sometimes to the point where the security lady in the lobby had to walk over and knock on the window and tell her that they were coming. That is ridiculous. What is this lady doing in a federal job directly facing elderly people on a regular basis and treating them like this? People shouldn't be able hear her mouth ranting out in the lobby from her window talking to the person that she's supposed to be helping. That is unacceptable.

A loud shout out to Ms T Low. I had a great experience at the social security office. The staff was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was organized and moved faster than I expected. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
