This location is a great help from the security guards to the front person. Scanning the bar code to check in was easy and faster. My representative was also a great help and explained the issue and fixed it. I was in and out within 30 min without an appointment!

Idk how they manage to keep on these rude people! I called received a call back I was nice how is your day moving forward I asked what I need and she just talked back to me so, I said let me speak to someone more UNDERSTANDING so she hung up. Like I think they need to be trained again Do Better!!!

I made an appointment turned in my paper work then waited on my phone appointment for them to tell me the paperwork was never submitted now here I am again waiting 5 hours to turn in paperwork that should have already been processed. Smh do better San Antonio.

Highly incompetent and extremely condescending. The entire staff has no idea what they are doing and blatantly gives false information. Denied my wife a SS number when she was fully eligible for one. Of course appointment are one month out so they just count on your giving up. They have no clue what they are doing. I will be submitting a complaint with the Texas senator

It was wonderful. I had made an appointment in advance. We arrived early. We were in and out of there within ten minutes. They took great care of us. There were a lot of people there. The parking lot was full. Somebody was pulling out when we got there. So we were lucky. They have handicap parking. There are a lot of chairs inside. There was a lot of people inside. I don't think they had appointments. There were chairs for us to sit. Like I said, we were in and out in ten minutes. Everyone there took great care of it us.
