I came here a day before and was told to come back next day, it will be an easier and quick process between 9am to 9:45am. But took forever the following day. Too long of a wait. Understaffed. Came in as soon as they open at 9am. I came here just to change status. Never got called until 1PM.

I had a name change appointment today at 10:00 a.m. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was finished and out of the building by 9:50 a.m. The process was extremely quick and efficient, and the facility itself was very clean and well maintained. The only downside to my experience was the interaction with the staff member who assisted me at Window 6 (Ms./Miss Aguilar). While asking for identification, I politely asked if anything besides an ID was needed. Her response included a giggle and an eye roll, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I understand public-facing government roles can be demanding, but professionalism and basic courtesy matter, especially in settings dealing with important personal matters. Overall, the process itself was great, but the customer service in this interaction could have been better

I received everything I needed over the phone. A nice lady took me through all the steps and questions that I was concerned about. I started not to make the phone call. But I'm glad I did

Very unprofessional and rude. The representative i spoke with Ms. Hernandez raised her voice while speaking and was talking over me. Didn't want to listen. Then as I asked to be transferred someone came to the phone said hello and hung up. I jate dealing with this office.

Walked in no appointment to replace ss card.. in and out I'm less than 15 minutes... Very helpful staff here .. not rude like other locations
