Can someone at least put some chairs for those who came at 6 am and wait for 2-3 hours ? I don’t they are expensive. It’s really really bad what’s going on here. Please just have some mercy . I am 26 and was able to stand for 2 hours but don’t you think about old people ?? Feeel really sorry for them . Or just can’t you at least open and hour early . I arrived at 7 and there are 33 ahead of me and I still have to wait 2 hours :/ :/:/ :/

Called in to try to resolve an issue today. Waited 15 min on hold, someone finally picks up and says, "Welcome to the social security office, please hold" and immediately transfers me back to hold, without waiting for a response. I spent 15 more minutes on hold only for them to hang up. How is a government agency allowed to get away with this sort of behavior?

I had the rudest operator in my life. People like this should not be in a high pressure job. My husband recently passed away and she was zero help. How do you get questions answered with people like her?

Region should post a mailing address. I had a complaint about the OK office. I mailed letter to Baltimore...4 months later I receive a call from Dallas..I need help now.

Today I went and they called me to the widow and helped me immediately and and in 10 minutes I finished my work and left the fecility. Fantastic service.
