Good Morning Austin & Visitor's.... The Weekend Is Here. 🙋🏽‍♂️☮️ Enjoy It. First: I am not 100% percent sure but, I may have posted a video regarding the fraud and ongoing, Cruel Intentional Tort Being Forced On The Old , the dying, the disabled, men & women in a 55 and UP Complex. I deeply and sincerely apologize but, I've been stuck in PTSD, Intentional Tort, & the mental, physical &; financial destruction I'm still suffering.... Is so sever I was told after my blood pressure was taken....that, I Needed To Drop All That I Had Planned...& Go Straight To The ER. 😲💔 Instead: I had to go get reinstated at the place that offers me so much yet, turn a blind eye to stop the ongoing, intentional "Mental Assault" I've endured two entire years on October 11, 2023 when it all... began when the Property Management knew they were defrauding so many tenants: you either went and retained legal help & won, or Fought Yourself and WON!👼🏽🫶🏽 Until this exact moment in time...I have been Victimized and made an example of what they have already done. I feel and believe that The People Of Austin deserve to know the facts and truth in regards to what can happen to a disabled person if you stand up for Your Rights...against a large, Financial Giant Business. It was , it is so very important to expose what is wrong and what is so beautiful and amazing as residents in the City Of Austin. It isn't just my responsibility to make it clear about the city of Austin. DMA Co located at 1320 Art Dilly Dr. Austin TX 78702. I have been stalked, traumatized & lied on, defamed, my character and life ruined by Property Management. On October 11, 2025 it will be exactly 2 full years I've been trying to get help. I am so overwhelmed by the lies & corruption...I forgot to get my award letter from SS Office. I had to get to This Office Again.... Only to find: it was practically Empty. I was in and out in 15 minutes. WOW!!! IT IS RECORD TIME THUS FAR. I'VE NEVER BEEN TO THE Social Security office in and out in such a time. To The Staff at this location: what a Blessing You All Have Been but, yesterday changed everything "For Me." I am gonna stop because: I'm emotionally so grateful & done. I Cannot Thank You All For The Pure Gift and Blessing Your Staff Gave. However; I am in need to thank the Young Women at window 13 "Personally!" I apologize for being overwhelmed & emotional however: I am 1 man fighting a Corporate Office with multi-millions of dollars & I have been stuck in PTSD, &; TRAUMA intentionally because: I Refuse To Stop Fighting For My Rights According To The Laws of The State & City. I have no money, no attorney & No Help. Well I have it to say GOD has done more than I could grasp. He Has Done All The Work in 6 months that has allowed me to endure. However: I Can Assure Each Of You: I Have Always Believed & Trusted God however, DMA Co. Liz Logan & the cold hearted, lies She & Shontel keep getting away with.... "GOD WILL STOP IT ALL." Good and Love To The World....🫂♥️↔️🌍✝️ Again....Thank You To The woman at the window # 13

I made an appointment prior to my visit. I came and was helped by the guard by the door. He was extremely polite and helpful. I waited for only 5 mins past my appointment time and was assigned a window. I made sure to bring all the appropriate documents and the agent at the window was very professional. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Had a very smooth process - they have their system down.

I don’t normally give reviews… but, If I can give -0 I will. This is my third time getting a social security because of name change and update. I called the SSA and they told me I can go to the nearest office. No appointments mention. And I never did with my prior too. Walk in, finish asap. Extremely frustrating experience at this office. I waited 40 minutes for my ticket number to be called, only to be told that I needed an appointment and they couldn't assist me. The agent #4 on the day of August 27, I have my cranky kids waiting, was unhelpful and seemed more interested in following procedure than resolving my issue. What's the point of taking a ticket if you're just going to tell me to make an appointment anyway? I needed urgent assistance with my social security, but was told the earliest appointment available was in 3 weeks. The policy of making people wait and then sending them away seems ridiculous. Unless they revamp their system to better serve customers, I'd advise others to avoid this office. Maybe they should close this. Maybe consider having a separate line for walk-ins or a more efficient way to determine if an appointment is necessary before people waste their time waiting.

Agent #23 on this date was so wonderful and pleasant. Not sure if he would like for me to mention his name publicly. Truly the best experience I’ve had as a social worker dealing with social security issues. Quick, easy, and kind!

I called to get an appointment and the only option I was given would have been the first day at my new job. Obviously I can't do that so I went online to get a card since the website said I didn't need to go in person. I had to make an account with a third party verification service. They couldn't verify my phone number after using my phone number to log into the account. Upon closing that window, I was given the option to sign in using my ssn. I did that and the website asked for a mailing address to send the card to, but then it told me I needed to make an appointment. I tried to do that and it said there were no appointments in the zip code that the office is in.
