Very busy . Dont come without appointment. They are over worked. Wish the city would give them more help. The manager was very nice to me. I think she was the manager or supervisor. I was w my son and she tried to help me but there was a mistake in the computer. I had to refill again. I felt bad for her. Noone should be so overloaded with work. We all want to go home after a long day. Buffalo team i pray you all get more help. Best advice make an appointment it will be better for you and them. Will post my next appt which is coming soon. My daughter had an appointment at the Social Security Office to get a replacement card. She showed about 8 forms of Identification before they told her she would receive her replacement card in the mail within 2 weeks. It has never arrived, and that was 2 months ago. Do I need to take more time off of work and spend another half day at the Social Security Office because this government has no accountability when they make mistakes and force us to pay for their errors? 4 unpaid hours off of work means no groceries for that week for my family. UPDATE 3/19 I waited on hold on the phone for two hours to reach an agent, but I will say that the agent was patient and explained what I needed to do to rectify the situation. Since I knew she had hundreds of others on hold and I appreciate that she didn't rush me at all.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment and I have a social security card. Mr. Martinez was gracious, helpful and understanding. Somehow I felt because I had an appointment and social security card I was moved up in line. Great service if you are prepared and I brought my proper documents

An infested nest of do nothings. Supposed to call this local las vegas office and when you ask the automated system for a representative, it puts you on hold and then they answer, but pretend they're not there and wait for you to hang up. And they wonder why people dislike these dealing with local SSA offices. Reps probably don't even know how to fill out most of the forms if they can actually write. After numerous attempts this week they answered the phone, and then they waited in silence, And then they turned on inappropriate music very loudly into the phone.

Although the web site kept stating "No Appointments Available", and all I had to do was drop off some requested originals mandatory documents. They assisted me right away without an appointment.
