Shukri was THEE best, most efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable CS representative when helping me correct my name on my SS card. Not an easy job to do, but she was fabulous. I can't say enough about the patience and professionalism displayed by her! Well done. Thank you

I thought this place would be worse than getting a root canal. It was actually really great. The people were freindly and the appointment time was only 5 minutes off. Just a heads up though you have to have an appointment...also they don't let you bring in guns OR explosives so leave that stuff at home. Getting a replacement card at this office was just really delightful. Thanks.

Troy and Wyatt are the most helpful and efficient employees I have seen. They make it quick and comfortable. I come here with my clients very often. Cass is also very good at her job. I always feel safe coming in here.

I thought you didn't need an appointment. But apparently you do. Next opening was June 10th. But I was able to fill out a form and drop it in the dropbox. So I should get my replacement S.S. card in 5 to days.

Let me start with the security officer; friendly, professional and personable. Answered questions that I asked. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy at window 1 today that helped us out with getting some additional documents submitted that were requested to be brought in. He was very professionally polite and knowledgeable. Kudos. The experience my wife and I had today with this SSA field office was exponentially better than we had at the Brooklyn Center office yesterday. They were awful and gave us bad information. I won't go in to the details on that lousy experience.
