I was 20 minutes early for my name change appointment. Went in and the security guards were great humans! I went to the bathroom and by the time I got out and sat down for 5 seconds. Looked at my phone and window 14 was ready for me. I was done in 5 minutes! Everyone was so nice and fun and helpful!

I made an appointment over the phone, took a while on hold but totally worth it. I arrived at the building at 8:55, doors opened at 9am, was called at 9:06 (appointment scheduled for 9:10am) I was out of the building at 9:14am. My representative was GREAT!!! The process was very easy. Security guards were great too.

Easy experience! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes even though I came 4 hours before my scheduled appointment. Kevin helped me and was professional, friendly and fast! The security team was kind and efficient. Parking wasn’t a hassle and neither was getting to the building- very short commute off the highway.

Despite all the negative feedbacks, This office is by far the the best SSA in the area.The security officers are welcoming and friendly. Amanda J at window 14 is awesome. Thank you for your help.

I read a lot of negative reviews before my appointment and was bracing for a tough time. To my (very pleasant surprise) not only everyone was kind and professional, but the structure around the appointments made my interaction with the staff super efficient (I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes). Everyone from the security staff to the people working the booths deserve all the appreciation for doing their best everyday!
