Travis Klingeisen 4 years agoWORST SERVICE EVER!!! SCARY!! Especially since these are the people helping with such personal information. My wife tried changing her last name when we were married. Got her new social security card and our last name was spelt wrong. We have receipt that we filled out the last name correctly. So it was completely the social security offices fault. We tried calling over 20 times and the person keeps putting us on mute and then hanging up. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!! How can we get something so important fixed while working with incompetent people?? Would love to hear from management to fix this.
Beryl Sutter a year agoI need help money for my phone they citing me off feo..fsmiky I don't have money to pay my phone bill o need fronds and fsmiky and it for doctors appointments. I xant get them to help ke pay the 55 dollar difference this office Ned's to be closed!
Ray Simpson 5 years agoI have been waiting for 8 months after my hearing in November for an answer. I have called numerous times asking what is going on, I get no response. My lawyers do nothing to help me, and I get left in the dark. I have no income and cannot work, due to physical and mental conditions worsening. I have reached far par my window of tolerance and feel forgotten, and uncared about.
