I experienced an eight-hour wait and completed all necessary paperwork at your office, only to discover that the documents were not uploaded. Upon a subsequent visit, after a three-hour wait, I was informed that all envelopes had been retrieved and benefits would be accessible within a week. However, two weeks have now passed, and a call to the 800 number revealed that no information has been uploaded. It appears there is a disparity in the efficiency of processing benefit reductions due to missing documents versus the processing of submitted compliance paperwork.

(Appointment required) They were able to process my request in a matter of minutes. The security guard is an awesome person too. Highly recommended!

I have no clue how they can legally get by with constantly being rude to people and never answering the phone. I have not been able to get one person to answer the phone for 6 months but when my attorney contacts them they reply right away. And I don't want to hear anything about short staffing I could call from opening until closing and still nothing. They also tell you to make an appointment but then use a ticket system where people get called before you do absolutely ridiculous.

This place is hell. Today i went in to get a replacement scared. Couldn't make an appointment online tried a walk in. Went to kiosk, did the prompt, said i needed a replacement ss card and it didn't say oh no no no you must make an appointment it gave me a number so i could wait ... And i did wait... For 2 hours and when i EVENTUALLY got called in the RUDE HORRIBLE HEAVY SET MAN said oh no you have to make an appointment it's written all on the walls. I tell him if that's the case why is there an option to even wait on your number to be called. There's 9 people who work in this location. It's always a long wait. Do not have any other options if there's only one option and that's appointment only. Take out the kiosk and hire ppl who give a crap about there job.

The staff is nice and professional. The wait time might be long, but reasonable.
