these people are rude. and YES i had an appointment. i did everything i was supposed to. i called beforehand to make sure i had all the right documents. i get there. and wait almost an hour after my appointment time. just to be told i didn’t bring the right documents lol. i literally called and asked MULTIPLE times what i was supposed to bring. they left out things i was supposed to bring. to me, it seems like they purposely do this to not actually have to deal with you. as others said, they wait a long time in between calling people. and are rude as hell. i got told certain things weren’t accepted. then handed a sheet of accepted documents, which are the same exact documents i brought. also, just know appointments are usually months out. i now have to wait over 2 months for another appointment because they did not tell me the right things to bring. this sucks. if you don’t like working there, why work there and be rude to people? there’s a reason why this specific office is only 2 stars. and that’s being gracious.

Update 5/7: I submitted an envelope containing my original birth certificate and driver's license to the drop box INSIDE their office, and they somehow lost all my documents. Do not submit documents to the drop box if you want to see them again. Further, expect incredibly long wait times, even if you have an appointment. To add insult to injury, I'm somehow responsible for paying to have a new birth certificate expedited to my home, and also paying to have my driver's license replaced. Never mind paying for parking and the time wasted waiting around for two months for my docs to show up in the mail. Original Review: Disorganized, dehumanizing; a microcosm of American bureaucracy. 🫠 Incredibly inaccessible from the interactions I observed.

This place has become a joke or laughingstock. They have maybe 15-20 windows available, but most of the time you are lucky if you see 3 of them actually open. And then...when you get there...you find out then that they are "appointment focused only". So you might be the first few people in line or so to show up 15 minutes before they actually open, yet, you could be there for several hours. And during that time they will call for people who made an appointment that did not show. So then this charade goes on throughout the day as more people show up. What is even worse is that the employees that are actually working the windows wait 7-10 minutes between each calling. I...am...serious. Someone does not show, then that window will wait for almost 10 minutes to actually call another name that turns out to be...you guessed it...a no show. The current staff there resembles an "I don't give a damn" attitude, that I liken to a lazy no show comical circus. It is very unclassy and non-professional. And then, after all of that, later, they will say, well if you want to be seen a little faster then go home and call to make an appointment. Oooookay. Beware if you go there. It is a joke that is not so funny.

Need an appointment for anything is what the employee told me and turned me away saying I would probably wait all day and not be seen without an appointment. Advised me to go online or call to make an appointment. Called today 2/9/26 and first available appointment is March 10th. Too bad if you have any urgency I guess which is sad and not very helpful.

Awful! They will make up excuses to NOT help you. (I had an appointment, went with a representative) but they simply did not wanted to help me at all, she made up an excuse to not help me with such a simple request. Avoid to visit at all cost!
