I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to the Social Security office. I was taken in right on time for my appointment, and my waiting time was less than five minutes. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently and with great courtesy. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing Social Security services.

there is absolutely no way this agency has legitimate high ratings. I was on the phone waiting and it said on the automated system 20 minute hold and it ended up being an hour and 20 minutes. The agent that absolutely nothing just like every social security office they don't care. I am in dire need as my electricity bill is due at the end of the month and he didn't want to tag my case as dire need he wants me to go to my local office near my residence to do that. That's the whole point of having multiple offices in Miami so you don't have to stick with one like the little Havana that is pure garbage. You have agents getting paid to do absolutely nothing ignore customer cases. nobody wants to do anything They want to get paid to be under Windows 95 computer doing nothing collecting a check while not even doing anything. do not go to this agency They don't care about anything The phone call from today tells me everything I need to know.

Took around an hour of wait, but generally it’s a nice branch. There’s an automated kiosk that prints queue tickets and the forms can be completed online.

Okay for a government office. I suggest you make an appointment ahead of time on their website. Otherwise, you will have to wait for an opening between Appointment Folks.

Highly recommend creating an appointment online and filling out any needed paperwork before hand , it helps out yourself as well as the employee helping you. I arrived early to my appointment and all staff was so nice and helpful , great customer service , I was taken within two mins of sitting down and was actually out of the office before my original appointment time. Super easy and quick experience. Parking is plenty and you take an elevator to get to their floor. Signs are posted so it’s very easy to navigate and the building itself is wheelchair accessible:)
