I’ve always had excellent experiences at this office (3663 SW 8th St). The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers. Every visit has been smooth, organized, and pleasant — the kind of service that makes a real difference. Today, however, they went above and beyond my expectations. The team handled everything quickly and courteously, showing the same high standards I’ve come to appreciate, but with an even greater level of attention and kindness. My experience at the Social Security office on Calle 8 was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On April 15, 2026, after waiting between 4 to 5 hours to be attended, an employee came out with a very poor attitude to inform everyone—about an hour before closing—that the office closes at 4:00 PM and that anyone not attended by that time would have to leave. She also mentioned they were short-staffed, which should have been managed and communicated earlier, not after making people wait for hours. What was even more frustrating is that during our wait, there was approximately one hour where no one was called because the entire staff apparently went to lunch at the same time. This shows a complete lack of organization and respect for people’s time. It is unacceptable that a government office, where people handle important legal matters, operates in such an inefficient and unprofessional manner. The lack of planning, communication, and basic customer service is very evident. This situation is truly embarrassing. Instead of making processes easier, they make everything more difficult. This office urgently needs better management and accountability.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited by appointment — the staff were friendly, professional, and the process was well organized. Everything moved efficiently, and the security guard was helpful. The only issue is parking: spaces nearby are limited, and the lot across the street belongs to a restaurant with active citation enforcement. Be cautious where you park, but overall an excellent and well-managed office.
