My true experience: from the time I got there I was greeted outside by their security guard (Gabriel) with the questions:appointment? Say no, I just need it a form printed (TPQY) then a was directed to a selfservice kiosk ( easy to use in several languages) got a number and got served in less than 10 minutes! Amazing service, nice people and the cleanest waiting area and spacious offices. Just don’t park on the empty lot across the street ( you will be towed so fast)

Hope I got the right place as I asked which one she worked on she said the "Little River" office, and I asked her name so I could leave a review on how she helped me after a weekend of me being worried. This review is about a mistake made by the date for an appointment I had coming up as I just got approved for disability, and the paper said this was a "final notice" and made an appointment on 5/25 coming up at 9am which as we know is memorial day. Now just having been approved imagine when I get this how worried I got. Spent all the week trying to finally get someone and after days of no answers or being told to call another office, and spending hours from morning for the most I could nothing. BUT finally today I was about to reach someone, and turns out the exact person who took her job and exceeded her part to make me feel not just that my time was not wasted as the date was moved to Tomorrow at 10:30 AM over the phone and I didn't need to go in because my health is this bad. Her help was exceptional and deserves to be given respect, and lots of love for how well she helped, and got me all the information I needed but she did something a lot of people don't do! She sounded authentic and sounded like she really cared. You did the lords work, and eased my mind after all I was really worried that I would lose my help before it started over a bad tech issue like giving me an appointment on memorial day when they're closed. Now I know the two call back I have coming up thanks again to the work, and help by Mrs Tabraue. So to Mrs Tabraue thank you for all your help, and all you do for people like myself.

I visited the office on Biscayne Boulevard yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised to find the place to be modern, clean, quiet and organized. My service representative was Mr. Romero. He was very patient, kind and helpful. Mr. ROMERO, THANK YOU for your efficiency, providing OUTSTANDING service with a smile, and resolving my issue. So much GRATITUDE 🙏🏾

I made an appointment online and was anticipating to deal with a nightmare like most public service offices. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The office was clean and efficient. We literally were in and out within 30 minutes. The guy at the window had a bit of an attitude. But he ended up assisting us with a portion of the process that wasn't completed ahead of time. To be fair, I can only imagine the type of people he has to deal with on a daily basis. He could have easily turned us away to have us finish the process and come back. In my opinion 10/10 on that alone.

When I tell you, it’s like a nightmare on Biscayne Boulevard, The little River Social Security office in Miami Florida dealing with the representatives since July in the office whom is very horrible vindictive and very unprofessional in their demeanour Their attitude is very aggressive constantly interrupting your chain of thoughts, when trying to provide information or ask a questions to get clarity or clarification on what’s going on as far as my son’s case Ms. Ruffins was very agitated in her response when I asked questions and the others Ms. Forsike left a lot of stuff out of the application process in moving forward to get my son‘s case approved!!! Somebody needs to be held accountable, especially when you dealing with the public.
