I want to take a moment to recognize Hector at Window 14 for his outstanding service during my appointment on May 6. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Good Social Security workers like him are honestly very hard to find. Unfortunately, many experiences with customer service, especially over the phone, have been frustrating, with long wait times and representatives who seem disengaged or unable to fully resolve issues. I personally called twice just to change my address and ask about switching my appointment location, and both times the experience was disappointing. That’s why Hector stood out so much. He took the time to help, knew exactly what he was doing, and actually resolved the issue efficiently. It made a huge difference. If more employees approached their work the way Hector does, I truly believe there would be fewer repeat visits and less strain on the phone lines. Thank you, Hector, for doing a phenomenal job. You made what is usually a stressful process much smoother, and it’s people like you who make a real impact.

You will need an appointment first and foremost. Once you have the appointment and confirm you'll have to check in with the machine inside and shortly after you'll be seated as you wait to be called. I was seen in less than 10 minutes and was out 30 minutes after 9:00am. My card arrived 7 days later, the person who assisted me answered all my questions.

What a disaster...i made an appointment online, got there, was given a number to wait. Third party Allied Universal security guard who apparently calls himself "big daddy" (about 5'7 napoleon complex ,nothing big about him trust me) starts talking crazy and interfering in a process hes not legaly allowed to interfere in, because i had a few questions directed at the SSA office manager, who was equaly as annoyed with me for trying to ask. Safe to say i will be filing a complaint with an SSA national office and Allied Universal

Needed to get an appointment rescheduled and literally called 3-4 times a day for 10 days and never got a callback. The definition of unacceptable, especially when people need these services.

WOWWWW!!!! can’t say enough good things about this place. My appointment was at 9:40. Arrived at 9:41 and left with my paperwork at 9:47. I’m Amazed. Thank you for the amazing service
