The best Social Security office, Claudia Monagas, she answered all my questions, she is very knowledgeable of her work, she has the best attitude. She solve my issue and was very helpful and kind.

Worst Experience Ever! ☆☆☆☆☆ 0 Star I had an absolutely frustrating experience at this Social Security office. The **security agents were unprofessional and rude**—not the kind of attitude you expect when dealing with sensitive issues. The **orientation was confusing and disorganized**, leaving most people puzzled about the next steps. The **computer machine for phone calls was an absolute nightmare**. The automated system kept playing **long, repetitive messages** that did nothing but waste time. To make matters worse, the wait time to speak with an actual agent on the phone was **ridiculously long**. I spent hours just trying to get a simple question answered. Overall, I left the building feeling more stressed and frustrated than when I arrived. They seriously need to step up their game and provide the professional, efficient service people deserve.

Very bad experience, today 08/08/24 the entrance officer is the rudest, most despotic and unpleasant person there could be, I tried to ask him a question I had, the gentleman did not even let me speak, he only asked me if I had an appointment, I told him I only wanted to ask him a question, he turned around and left me talking to myself, I do not know why they put this type of people serving the public, please we are not animals we are human beings, why so much lack of education and humanity
