Emily Lou Tison a month agoFrom the moment my boyfriend and i walked in the security gaurd was amazing. We both needed to be seen for replacements, such as security cards. He told us to check in on the kiosk.Immediately, immediately called my number, I went to the window. They said my boyfriend can come back with me and we were in and out of there and maybe realistically ten fifteen minutes, fifteen minutes tops. Never, in my life have I ever gone into a government building for our office in been out so quickly, the man at the window, Nick was extremely helpful, he was fast.He was efficient. He was very nice.I wish there were more people that worked in the offices like him.Thank you for your service. And he deserves a raise and promotion in my opinion..keep up the good work Sir...
Flair rich 2 months agoThe Security Guard never lied when he said that the wait was long!! I Waited over 3 hrs to be told that I was at the wrong place. If I could give a 0 star I would. It hurts to the cure to see so many seniors citizens sitting down waiting patiently to be called for things that takes just a minute. Their legs being swollen for sitting down so long. It was like being in a third world country with the wait that became part of a norm for the people waiting to be called. You can hear the cheers for those whose numbers were called and had quickly gotten through after waiting so long. Some people likened the experience to that of winning the lottery or playing Bingo. In a first world country this is unacceptable!! Not everyone seems to know how to make their appointments on line since, this area also accepted walk ins when other areas is based on appointments. Please I’m asking on behalf of the many seniors who can’t do for themselves with technology, please, please find a way to solve this problem. This is unacceptable!!!!!
G King 4 months agoSpend over 3 hours calling back and forth about my medical coverage not being active. At the conclusion, SSDI messed up and I was without my anti-seizure medicine for almost a week until it was fixed. They need to get better trained employees! This was ridiculous and extremely disappointing. Nobody wants to admit to being wrong and pushes it over to the next entity.
Mega Beard (MegaBeard) 3 months agoThe building is clean and organized. The parking lot has limited space. Be sure to have an appointment scheduled which you can do online or by calling before you go. Yes, you can do a walkin....HOWEVER, due to the RIF where the administration cut thousands of jobs their backlog is crazy. So you could sit for hours being a walkin appointment and never be seen at all that day. Even the security guard warns people that they may not be seen for a walkin appointment. If you are able to schedule an appointment ahead of time do it. If you are doing name changes, etc be sure that any required document they need is certified and not just a copy otherwise they can not do anything. The waiting room is on the small side so be prepared to sit close to others, the staff are polite, even the security guy is nice despite other reviews saying the security person is rude. Note the security person isn't there to be your friend, they are there to be security to protect the establishment.
Vic Mary Tirado 8 months agoThis office is irresponsible. They request original documents and then lose them after you drop them in the mailbox outside because the appointment was made by phone. When I went to the office in person with my relative, the document was nowhere to be seen. They told me they had no idea what could have happened and that without it, the case couldn't be processed. I told him I wanted to complain to the supervisor named Mr. Sheridan, and the man who helped us, Mr. Steven, took my phone number so they could contact me. Then I told him to write my name down, and he asked for my Social Security number. I was so disappointed and upset that I told him, and I don't even know if that was allowed. I hope they don't dare do anything with my Social Security number. I was deeply disappointed in their irresponsibility, especially with original documents.
