Its unbelievable I have degenerative disc disease to bulging discs and lower l five s one , causing loss of bowel movement or urinary unable to lift walk at times or at all.No job will take me.And yet , all of this is on paper , even states it , in my denial letter , and I still got denied , do I need to be hispanic or of another country to get this help

Still have not heard from the local SSI the judge has had my paperwork over a month now I am struggling financially Can someone please help me out and look at my case and let me know if it’s a go or not to go please

Never answers phone, always on hold for a long time then the call just disconnects after saying "agents are busy call back later" I'm disabled and can't leave the house and get to the office. I've been calling every day for months and and haven't got anyone to answer. This place is a joke and literally causing more problems than helping. They need to have some legal actions taken against them because they're literally causing damage at this point

The thoughts and anger that are flying through me right now so nasty that I wouldn't dare to share them. My remarks goes to this SS office manager. What in the heavens name are office people doing in there? First of all no one never EVER ANSWERS the phone. Last time I checked covid-19 doesn't transmit through phone lines!!!!!! My wife is trying to change her name on her social security card. So we go online gathered all the info and send the package in because apparently there isn't not face to face interaction. So 2 weeks go by we finally received a call from someone that barely speaks English trying so hard to understand that we want is to change her name. Kind of person that doesn't know that Africa is not a country but a continent!!!!!!! Then this lady tell her in 2 weeks everything is all set to make an appointment to come to the office to get the new card. Today was her appointment. She goes in, no one knows that she has an appointment they can't find no proof of anything. The worst they can't read her maiden name or spelled it. They never open the package sent 2 weeks ago because they are asking for documents in the package!!!!!!!!! That's is so freaking ridiculous! If the office manager doesn't recognize that there is a problem let you be first to be fired!!!!!!! What are you guys doing in that office all day clearly rejecting all calls and not working?????? The best yet they didn't solve her problem and she must wait for another two weeks to get her documents???? Stupidity, incompetence at the highest level...what's is this??? You guys inside that office you work for The United States government!!!! Have some pride for God's sake!!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!
