Came to ask some questions about a form I received from them. Scheduled an appointment which was great. Called to window 1 and asked my question. This Caucasian female representative was very inpatient and rude. She then told me that I need to update my citizenship which I told her if I could show her my real ID. She said “no” and I had to go back and bring my passport to show and update my citizenship. She then sent me away like 5 minutes into my appointment. I had been a citizen for over 40+ years and I called the 800 number to confirm my status after I got home. I was told my US citizenship is already showing in the system. Not sure what was she reading and wish I had her name to report her unprofessional service attitude and lack of proper training on how to use the system.

Up to 17 windows, only 2 are available with agents. About 35+ people in the lobby waiting, some with appointments many many others as walk ins. Making my waitime 2hrs and 20mins + and still waiting for my number to be called. I had all my documents ready and handy, I completed my application online (by the way, your appointment scheduling and online system SUCKS). At the end, I had to turn in my number and leave the office as I had to go about my day, had to show up to work...you know, to pay my taxes to include my SS. Not before asking if my number was closed to been called, only to get the classic respond, it could be 30 mins to an 1hr before we finally called your number. At one point (from 12noon to 1pm) out of the 17 windows, ONLY 1 was open during that 1 hr as people went to lunch 1 WINDOW open! I am not sure how this waitime and lack of open windows, is anywhere near acceptable by the SSA. This IS RIDICULOUS!

Fast, courteous, efficient, and ease of access are just some of my first impression of this facility and experience after I helped my dad with a few things. The agent who help us was very nice, professional, and courteous. In and out within 15 minutes. That's definitely a plus in my book.

I made an appointment online prior to coming. With an appointment, and arriving 30 minutes early, I was out at a really good time. My appointment was a 2:10pm. I was in my car about to leave at 2:12pm.

I didn’t have an appointment and was told over the phone that they do take walk ins. I tried to take a number from the electronic kiosk but it didn’t print me a ticket so I made a mental note & when the guard came back later we asked him for help. The machine was out of paper so they reloaded it & promptly helped us. The staff was all efficient, polite & incredibly helpful. I had to wait an hour even with a few people there because it takes 15-20 mins approx to help each person. The bathrooms were clean, the waiting area was neat & clean too & I didn’t mind the wait at all cuz on the 1800 number I called for them I had a 50 minute wait without any resolution, so getting my work done here was a breeze.
