Make sure you somehow make a appointment via phone call or on the website before you go. Be there before your appointment time for a good measure. Then use the kiosk to check-in and you will get a ticket with a number. Take a seat and wait for your ticket number to be called! Normally your number will be call soon! Lots parking space in this location for easy parking when I visited! Glad to see how our tax dollars at work!

This is a government office so similarly to DMV, I don't think we can expect much from a Social Security Administration office. Tips: - Try to call and make an appointment so that you don't have to wait here too long - Don't come on Mondays if you can. It seems to be more crowded. - Come late afternoon, at least the wait is a little less - Expect to always wait a while. With an appointment and come a little closer to closing time (3:30PM), you might not have to wait over 1.5 hours like I did. - If you want to get there right when they open, then come early like 8:15/8:30 AM and get in line to wait. Bring with you a chair to have a place to sit. The good thing about having an appointment is that the security guard actually goes around asking if you have an appointment and move you up to the front of the line right before he opens the door so you don't have to come as early as non-appointment ppl. Experience I got with the individuals that I interact with -Security guard/reception: not particularly friendly but I don't think he's rude. -First officer: he was very nice, polite and helpful. I wished he could have helped me the second time too. -Second officer: she wasn't friendly or nice at all. Felt like she didn't want to work there and didn't like anyone. This location has a lot of parking but it can be very crowded and hard to get a parking spot still.

Booked an appointment for 11:30 AM and still wasn’t seen until 2:30 PM. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to wait three hours past it? Staff member she(white american lady -short hair) ignored me and walking away. I had to chase her and block her, to get an answer. Then she said it's going to take ~2 hours for those who don't have appointments. You made me wait for weeks and then you take people with no appointments. To add insult to injury, then this office started taking appointments of those people, who came after me. Completely unorganized and disrespectful of people’s time. This office needs serious improvement in scheduling and efficiency.

Reason to come: Showing documents after submitting SSN card replacement online. Appointment: No Time: Monday, after lunch (~12:30pm) Waiting time: ~2.5 hrs I had submitted a SSN card replacement online, but still had to show related documents in person so they could get the application approved. The earliest appointment available would be far away so we decided to walk in for earlier process. As expected, the waiting time is around 2.5hrs. But after that, Jason provided us a very smooth, friendly, and helpful service. There are only a few slots for parking in front of the entrance, but a lot more on the sides, and back of the building. PLEASE NOTICE: if you are applying for a SSN card as a first time holder, you MUST make an appointment online or by phone first. If you are applying for SSN for the first time and just walk in, they will still let you wait (2-3 hrs), but will refuse your request and ask you to come back another time with an appointment.

Why make someone come all the way down just to make them an appointment. Only to show up on time to the appointment and they couldnt even see me. They scheduled me an appointment at 1:30pm I got there at 1:24pm left without even being seen at 2:16 only because I needed to get my daughter all the way across town. How embarrassing
