On Tuesday, 1/17, I went to this office to apply for services. I was helped by a short-haired female staff member whose counter is on the left side of the waiting area, believed to be at counter 2 or 3. She told me that appointments must be scheduled online in advance and that walk-ins were no longer allowed. I explained that other people had recently been able to apply in person without an appointment, but she insisted it was not possible and handed me a phone number to call instead. I ended up spending almost two hours waiting and trying to get through by phone, but I got nowhere. It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. After contacting my school for advice, they suggested I try a different SSA office. At the other location, my application was completed in less than 15 minutes without any issues. The staff there were clear, professional, and helpful. From my experience, it felt like the staff member at this location simply did not want to handle this type of application, since it requires entering information into the system. There was no effort to check my case or see if it could be processed on the spot. The interaction felt dismissive. The difference in service between the two offices was surprising. I hope this location can provide more consistent and accurate information so others don’t have to go through the same unnecessary frustration.

I’m praying that all the Great things I hear about this office are true as I was scammed before and have a lot going on asking for help before I have been recommended to come to this location in the city as I live in the city and have told all their staff members including security and all members even maintenance staff and the all the employees help with their work and with social security administration I am extremely excited to go to today as it will be my first time but I have high hopes. I appreciate this opportunity to get helper by tgeee members. Thank u.

The whole process take me around 30 minutes, from being there, getting an appointment and walking out with job done. I went at 11:10am on Wednesday. The counter was moving fast. Rate 5 stars for all

In and out in one hour. We went in on a Wednesday morning at 9:30, it was just starting to get busy. They work with a ticketing system, which is great. The guard working here is not a very happy person, but he is ok. The person helping us behing the counter was very friendly and helpful. There are large and clean toilets. We came here on Tuesday at 15:30 and was told to make an appointment, but it was impossible for us to do so, so we took a chance the next day based on the reviews here. Glad we did! Good experience and recommend coming in the morning. Parking is a massive issue, so make sure you park somewhere else and walk here or take an uber.

We needed something done fast on short notice and the nearest appointment was over a month in the future so we came in as a walk in , all employees were great and accommodating, the process was very smooth. I want to single out HU who went above and beyond to help us out. You guys were awesome!
