I have never experienced a better visit to any official site . Not only the office was exceptionally managed by the security and office personnel, but the representative I spoke with, Raya, was the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive I could ever wish for. Not only she resolved the issue I came in for, she answered patiently all my questions and gave me the best suggestions I could never come up with by myself. Highest marks! Simply best.

You have an employee that desperately needs to be fired. She is just a thorn in your office giving customers horrible service and I’ve noticed this person has multiple bad reviews regarding her on multiple review sites. And I will be attempting to send this review up the ladder and department. So my dad walked into this office, this employee by the name of Dimerjyan was very rude to him. If she gave a fake name, she is definitely Armenian. She didn’t help him and she blew him off multiple times by telling him to go online. He needed his social security award letter that he didn’t receive by mail. And today was the last day that he had to present it to the bank. She didn’t help us at all.

The times that I've been to this office I had appointments set up ahead of time, so the whole process was easy breezy, from the minute of arrival the security personnel were professional and courteous, I checked in through my phone and immediately I was given a waiting number to be called, there's also a couple of kiosk available for you check in electronically, there are signs and TV monitors making it very clear that if you have questions that need answers you can call or go to their website, the lobby has ample space and plenty of sitting available, the whole facility is very clean including the restrooms, I waited a short time before my number was called, also note that the numbers are not called in order so I suggest keeping an eye on the screens, their staff is professional, I had a an awesome experience with one their staff members, she was friendly and helpful, and then I had an okay experience with another staff member, she was professional, but she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, she came across being judgemental but I ignored it and focused on getting my business done. Overall I had a good experience with this office, it is a government agency, so be respectful to the staff, they're there to help you, they don't make the laws or the policies.

I had both positive and negative experiences there. One day, I interacted with a middle-aged woman who was probably Asian American. She was very thin, had short hair, and was incredibly kind—always willing to help. On another occasion, I interacted with a middle-aged African American woman with short hair, but she wasn’t as helpful or friendly.

Was immediately turned away at the door for not having an appointment. The lobby was not even half full. All I needed was an SS card reprint. At least the office on Olympic takes walk-ins.
