They will not see any walk ins you can only come in with an appointment or you need to make an appointment over the phone which take at least an hour to get to speak with someone. Not even busy but it’s policy unfortunately. Staff was quick and friendly they do have a lot where you can park for free. Next appointment available is Monday not to bad

This office was so easy to get to and had parking available. I needed to go for several appointments and each time the staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. I was very happy to get my stuff taken care of so easily.

the balding man with clubbed fingernails (didn’t get his name) has a disgusting attitude. there’s no reason as to why a man working in a federal building should treat people this way.

They do not let more than one person come in. The security guard is extremely rude!! They dont even let you use there restroom!! I cannot believe they have people like this working here. No manager gets involved in any issues. Bad customer service. They so need to get new people working here. ASAP

I went into the office yesterday, and when I walked in there was several open windows with no one (customers) in the seats out of all the open windows there was only 1 customers being helped and he was the only customer besides myself in the WHOLE building. And there top flight security guard tells me unless I have a scheduled appointment I can't be seen..... I'm like there's no one here you seriously don't take walk-ins. Society has become waaay to lazy. It's not like I walked into a packed DMV office (which accepts walk-ins). Not good customer service.
