The personnel was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left with my tax documents in 15 minutes. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend. Perla Aispuro a year agoThey shouldn't have a line for "no appointments" if they are gonna tell you you need an appointment. Waited there for 2 hrs just to hear that. Some people were helped without appointment which I don't understand why the preference. The Asian lady, window 10, didn't even bother to ask me what was my concern. My letter said I have 10 days to respond and today was the 10th day, and it went unresolved. I would appreciate that somebody at least heard my concern. Try to explain that to the Hispanic girl on window 7 because I thought she could helped like she did with other 2 peoples without appointments, I was wrong.
