Terrible service. I have been trying to get a Social Security card since December 23, 2025 and it has been nothing but problems. First, the office lost the paperwork we submitted, which forced us to make another appointment and come back to redo everything. When the card finally arrived, the name was misspelled. Instead of fixing the mistake and sending the correct replacement, we somehow received my wife’s Social Security card instead. A simple request has turned into months of mistakes, multiple appointments, and wasted time. For something as important as a Social Security card, there should be much higher standards for accuracy and professionalism. Situations like this make it seem like the office needs better training, stronger hiring standards, and better attention to detail so people don’t have to keep coming back for the same issue.

They told me they're not take in office appointments right now! Why not?! What are our tax dollars paying for??! Get your act together. People need help.

I feel I must give my two cents because unlike many others, I have had good experiences the 3 times I have been there. I was always a walk-in and only had to wait for less than 30 minutes. And the service I recieved was professional helpful and courteous. I was impressed. Generally speaking I think government does not operate efficiently nor productively. But at this office I found the exception. A well functioning govt office.

I was told that it wouldn’t do any good to wait to talk to someone about my situation. In short the technician discouraged me from seeking help.

Please avoid to see the lady name Sabrina. She is a horrible attitude representative I've ever met. She is helpless only try to get you out as quick as she can. If you ever have any further question, she will punish you by throwing you a ticket number and wait for hours.
