Well I will start with there security guard working today January 13th 2026 early morning he was very friendly and knowledgeable knew how to help my veteran husband and I get what we needed to start the process of him getting a replacement social security card. So thank you to him. Also want to thank another guy that works there we never got your name either but you had outstanding customer service took all maybe 5 minutes max if that speedy quick we got what we needed because of you so thank you so much. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Soon as I got there security started barking about a soda. No problem put the soda outside. Then asked me if I had weapons. I did have pepper spray for self defense while riding the busses with all the assaults and stabbing. So then gets upset with me and tells me to leaves the property. I get it but your attitude doesn't represent a company but rather a person problem with your attitude towards others! Get another job!

I came in during the government shutdown, and Manny, Mike, Jimmy, and everyone I’ve been helped by here were incredibly helpful. They were patient, kind, and thorough, and even caught something on my file that others had overlooked. Even the security staff is always kind. Really grateful for this office.

I had to come in to verify I was still alive ; fortunately I was helped by an agent that was very helpful with that . She also cleared up a couple of other issues I had been having .

I got all the issues I had straightened out so I mean it's Social Security Office it's never a good time but usually stressful but hey I got what I had to take care of taking care of can a shout out to Jimmy the guy that helped me thank you so much sir
